It’s a real problem when a movie needs more than half an hour just to become mildly diverting, at least in my view. "Return to Silent Hill" failed to deliver excitement or suspense; frankly, I was bored watching it. The cast did what they could, giving acceptable performances, but the narrative itself really needed some changes to make it captivating. Basically, while the acting wasn’t bad, I thought the story felt slow and uninspired. I wouldn't suggest seeing this film.
