It’s true that this animated film doesn't quite reach the level of Charlie Kaufman's best projects, nor does it feel truly remarkable—even when taking into account its intended young audience. Nevertheless, experiencing the movie was genuinely enjoyable for me, and I found myself appreciating some of its darker elements more after seeing it.
