It’s enjoyable enough to watch again, and I would suggest it. The film works really well, especially because it avoids some of the issues present in the earlier installment. The focus on seeking vengeance for a friend is compelling; instead of centering around how much can be gained through theft, it's about inflicting loss upon another person.
