The fourth installment in the popular "Japanese Horror" series, "Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro," adapts stories from the bestselling collection of true ghost stories of the same name. Produced by leading and emerging horror filmmakers, including Norio Tsuruta of "Ring 0," Takashi Shimizu of "Ju-on," and Yô Takahashi, screenwriter of "Ring," this series features directing from Akio Yoshida of "Kamaitachi no Yoru," Keisuke Toyoshima of "Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro Gekijouban" and "Kaiki Daikazoku," Kenji Murakami of the "Jurei" series, Masaya Kakei, known for his acclaimed film "Bijokan," and Hirono Yamada. The cast includes Mei Kurokawa from "Mondai no Nai Watashitachi" and the BS-i drama "Keitai Keiji," alongside Nana Eikura and Masahiro Toda of "Cure."
