Kanto Ichienkai, the Kanto region's most powerful Yakuza group, had seemingly secured peace after a victory over the Iwami-gumi, thanks to the efforts of Hitoshi Kamibayashi and Yoshiro Yazaki. But the aftermath of the war ignites a spectacular revenge drama as the Iwami-gumi launches a devastating counterattack. The conflict begins with Sakai, the new Ichienkai chairman, proposing reunification with the faction that had split from the Iwami-gumi. This sparks outrage within the Takayama group, who seek vengeance for their leader's death and leave the Ichienkai to join forces with their enemies. Faced with this threat, Hitoshi and Yoshiro must now take action against the Takayama group.
