This is among the initial charming romantic comedies featuring Jessie Matthews from Britain. She was already full of energy, but hadn’t yet discovered the musical style that would lead to her most memorable movies, such as Evergreen (1934), First a Girl (1935), It's Love Again (1936) and Sailing Along (1938). Despite its obvious plot points, it remains quite pleasant because of this endearing performer.
