Synopsis

Six years after her parents died in a car crash, Jesse struggles to rebuild her life. The accident is shrouded in mystery; the wreckage and any evidence of the crash disappeared, leaving her with no answers. Seeking answers, Jesse joins a group of filmmakers who break into an abandoned mental institution, where she’s immediately overcome by a strong sense of déjà vu. The asylum feels connected to her parents' disappearance, and they soon discover it’s not as empty as it seems. A sinister doctor has taken control of the building's underground, conducting horrifying experiments to resurrect his wife. The basement holds the remains of his failed attempts, now reanimating due to a strange substance leaking from holding tanks.
