My reaction to this film was conflicted. There were moments that elicited laughter alongside times when I felt deeply moved. The writing isn't particularly impressive, and the narrative itself is straightforward. It avoids any sense of being overly complex or showy, yet it still managed to resonate with me on a personal level.
