This is an acceptable martial arts film featuring Jalal Merhi and Billy Blanks, delivering reasonably good fight sequences alongside a storyline that’s serviceable if not exceptional. It doesn’t reach remarkable heights, but similar to Expect No Mercy, it provides an adequate entertainment experience for roughly 90 minutes. **3.0/5**
