Synopsis

In the near future, the world is dominated by the Smart Brain Corporation, and humans are now a dwindling minority, with 90% of the population being Orphnoch. Takumi Inui, formerly known as Kamen Rider Faiz and once humanity's hope, was believed dead after a Smart Brain attack. Human rebels have repeatedly failed to steal the Emperor Belts from Smart Brain's headquarters. Kiba Yuji, Naoya Kaidō, and Yuka Osada try to foster peace between humans and Orphnoch, but their meeting is disrupted by Smart Brain forces and their new warrior, Kamen Rider Psyga. Takumi, who has been living under the alias Takeshi, regains his memories and transforms back into Kamen Rider Faiz, determined to confront Smart Brain once and for all.
