Synopsis

Jill Garner is a successful music producer. After being raped by a Los Angeles County Police Detective and feeling responsible for the attack, she struggles to emotionally survive. The timeline of her life fractures, from the moment of the assault to her nervous breakdown and subsequent psychological collapse fueled by prescription drug abuse. Desperate for a reason to live, Jill seeks herself through destructive relationships and drug use, each failed connection leading to further disintegration. Hoping to prove she's changed, she decides to video-diary a trip to La Madera, New Mexico, for the person she loves. There, she becomes delusional. She eventually finds her true love, but will this reunion offer salvation or destruction?
