I’m consistently drawn to Lance Henrikson's work, and I appreciate seeing Danny Trejo in it, however Westerns haven't been particularly impressive lately. While _Gone Are the Days_ doesn’t present an entirely new concept, it also falls short of being a truly good movie. Final rating:★★ - It had elements that resonated with me, but ultimately didn’t come together well.
