Synopsis

This is a comedic take on a popular lesbian series, set in New York City. Dot, the artistic director of a downtown theater, and her partner of seven years, Dina, a very outdoorsy lesbian, are searching for a sperm donor to start a family. They host a party for potential donors among their close friends: Daynisha, a WNBA player who is hiding her sexuality; Dixie, a bisexual journalist with an interest in S&M; Drea, a popular and attractive woman who grooms dogs; Dex, Dot's younger transgender musician sibling; Dim, their neighbor and chess coach, and his new girlfriend Dani, a playwright new to NYC; and Daria, the owner of a local bar where the group gathers to share stories. Together, they navigate the ups and downs of life as a group of women in the city.
