Synopsis

On the verge of suicide, Anja is spotted by Henry, who mistakenly assumes she is a prostitute and offers her a ride home. Anja plays along with his assumption, refusing to explain why she was attempting to end her life. They begin a series of unsettling interactions, including unusual sexual encounters, culminating in Anja's failed attempt to escape. Under duress, Anja tells Henry a fabricated story about a woman named Lilly, claiming they are the same person. Their relationship continues with further manipulation and intimacy, but Anja repeatedly tries to leave. Eventually, Henry releases her, but she soon returns, initiating a series of bizarre events that dramatically alter both their lives.
