Synopsis

This story explores the responsibilities of parents towards their teenage children in modern India, a crucial period of physical and sexual development. It follows two school students, Prachi and Ritvik, who experience a physical encounter driven by their desires. Both come from privileged families: Prachi's sister, Dr. Sangeeta, is a sex therapist, while Ritvik's brother, Dr. Sumeet, is a surgeon. Dr. Sangeeta takes on Dr. Sumeet's case of erectile dysfunction and discovers the root cause is psychological. Meanwhile, Prachi becomes pregnant, and she and Ritvik consider abortion. Dr. Sangeeta’s maid, Sheela’s friend, Susheela, is struggling with the effects of childhood abuse, preventing her from having a fulfilling marriage with her husband, Raju. The story questions whether Dr. Sumeet can overcome his problem, if Prachi and Ritvik will resolve their situation, and if Susheela and Raju can achieve happiness.
