The year 2000 brought _Scary Movie_, which essentially mocked a horror film that had already been parodied, and the impact on filmmaking was devastating. Then came _Granny of the Dead_ in 2017, parodying yet another spoofed horror movie, somehow managing to be even more regrettable. Final rating:½ - It’s so awful it crosses the line; I'm not sure I can ever get over this.
