It's an agreeable film, though it does feel somewhat drawn out at times and leans heavily toward being a promotional piece. The focus is largely on the UN Habitat project called "Block by Block" along with three video games. It’s fine as background entertainment while you're occupied with something else, but there isn’t much substantive exploration of the topics.
