It’s hard to believe this was filmed with anything more than a potato, and the whole thing feels utterly unnecessary. Even though it runs just under 80 minutes, roughly half of _Clown Kill_ could have been removed without any impact on the story. Feeling more like an episode from an anthology series that I'd rather skip entirely than a legitimate film, this is easily among the least impressive movies I’ve encountered recently, even considering its re-release—originally made three years ago as _Lock In_. _Final rating:★ - Of no value. Avoid at all costs._
