This film is genuinely hilarious, coming from what I consider to be among the finest filmmakers currently operating in Hong Kong cinema. The writing is sharp and witty, and the performers are excellent. There’s plenty of exciting kung fu action, alongside some truly impressive martial arts choreography thanks to Stephen Tung Wai. It definitely gets my enthusiastic endorsement.
