Synopsis

The boss of the Hyodo-gumi, a division of Japan's largest yakuza group, Tendokai, has been murdered. Kazuma Washio (Hitoshi Ozawa), the head of the Washio-gumi and Tendokai’s underboss, believes Yoshinari Myojin (Sho Aikawa), a former underboss now controlling Tokyo's criminal element, is responsible. Simultaneously, Tendokai's chairman orders Washio to secure a woman named Nagi Toyama (Akane Hotta). While attempting to retrieve Nagi with his men, Okita (Yasukaze Motomiya) and Date (Hideo Nakano), they are ambushed. Surviving the attack, they bring Nagi to their hideout, where they discover she is central to a power struggle concerning the Tokyo Casino Project. This sets off a major conflict involving yakuza, the mafia, street gangs, the police, and even the government.
