Synopsis

This documentary examines the influence of the United States, the World Bank, and the IMF on the economies and businesses of other nations. Filmed around the Guarani aquifer, a vast freshwater resource with enough water to supply the planet for centuries, the film explores how this resource is controlled by foreign economies and faces ecological threats.
