Synopsis

In 20 years, nearly 1.6 billion people will be smokers globally, with roughly 70% desiring to quit. The World Health Organization projects a billion premature deaths from smoking this century, yet available treatments are often ineffective, leaving many struggling. A promising new vapor technology offered a path to successful cessation, but faced swift condemnation and bans in numerous countries.
