It’s a pretty standard movie from the late 1950s, the kind you’d call a “B” film. The basic idea isn’t entirely unconvincing, but it doesn’t quite reach that point. The filmmaking itself is passable, though I've encountered other "B" movies that are superior. I stumbled across this while shopping at Wal-Mart; it was included on one of Mill Creek’s DVD collections.
