I gotta give props to this one—it feels familiar! Okay, so I’m not *technically* from Antioch, but I'm nearby enough that I know the area well, and I've definitely been out to Blarney Island a bunch of times. The movie really does seem authentic; it looks like they shot it in the towns and areas where I spent my childhood. They did manage to make the chain of lakes appear larger than they are in reality though…
