Firetrap (2001)

Synopsis

After serving three years for his work as a master burglar, Max Hopper is released and offered a unique job: steal a cutting-edge computer chip from IQ Industries. His initial attempt goes wrong when he enters the building disguised as a police officer during an emergency, triggering a fire. Seeing an opportunity, he stays to help, but quickly finds himself overwhelmed trying to save people. He's left with only the company owner – his estranged wife, who recently filed for divorce – and a few employees. However, it soon becomes clear that someone within the group stole company secrets, and the arsonist, or another group of thieves, is among them.
