Synopsis

Anton Corbijn is a highly influential visual artist, widely recognized for his iconic album covers. He created the artwork for U2's *The Joshua Tree* and Depeche Mode's *101*, significantly shaping the visual image of both bands. Since then, his distinctive style – characterized by dark shadows and rich textures – has adorned albums by artists including R.E.M., Bruce Springsteen, Morrissey, Nick Cave, John Lee Hooker, and Bon Jovi. Corbijn has also directed music videos for Nirvana, Johnny Cash, and Metallica.
