This is a remarkable documentary. Still, it's hard not to think this represents one of the most awful, heartbreaking, and sorrowful maritime disasters in times of peace, even exceeding what happened with the RMS TITANIC. The MV DONA PAZ disaster, along with the oil tanker MT Vector, resulted in the deaths of 4,386 people, with only 27 survivors. I will always remember that night, December 20, 1987. RIP.
