Synopsis

To ensure his sworn brother Kiyoharu Washio (Kazuyoshi Ozawa) becomes the 12th leader of the Naito Shinjuku family, Yuki Kanemaru (Masaya Kato) sets the office ablaze and dies by self-immolation. Shortly after, Hideyoshi Ogami (Norimasa Fujie), a former underling released from prison, throws the Naito Shinjuku family into a three-way power struggle. One faction, led by Toki Reiji (Yoshiyuki Yamaguchi), supports Taiga Washio (Haruto Ochiai) as the 13th leader. Another, headed by Akira Shiba (Kunihiko Ida), aims to install Seiharu in power and alter history. Ogami also establishes his own faction. Finally, Masami Yukimura (Takashi Ukaji), the president of the Osaka Namba-kai, reveals himself, suggesting a connection to a new lineage is about to unfold.
