Synopsis

Driven by greed, six individuals become entangled in a scheme. The story subtly explores the dynamic between a married couple who have separated but remain close. Zdeněk, a botany professor with a talent for obliviousness – famously struggling to calculate restaurant bills – is an easy mark for swindlers. His ex-wife Sára manages his finances, including his gardening show, and creates a fictitious public relations contact, Miss Flintová, to funnel money. This elaborate deception expands to other clients, creating a million-dollar fraud that attracts the attention of tax authorities searching for the elusive Miss Flintová. Even Zdeněk is shocked to discover the existence of this fabricated person. The question becomes: where did Miss Flintová come from?
