A Way Out (2011)

Synopsis

A government quarantine has trapped a small town after a strange outbreak: either a rabies-like disease affecting the residents or, impossibly, the dead are rising. Ben, his sister Erin, and their friends were stuck inside an old house during the evacuation and remain within the quarantined zone. Determined to get Erin to safety, Ben leads the group through a ruined city overrun with zombies in search of a working radio. They need to contact the military and secure a spot on the last evacuation helicopter. However, existing tensions within the group, combined with the constant threat of hungry zombies, make their chances slim.
