I hadn’t watched the initial installment of this franchise, but that wasn't necessary to follow along with this one. Goodness, it was frightening; I won’t be driving on rural roads again anytime soon. There were moments when I actually blocked out parts of the screen, and I expect to feel uneasy for quite some time. It's a gorgeous film. The mockumentary format is exceptionally well-executed.
