This video presents only music and images. Ema Kugler calls the visuals "a dark, surrealist dance of everyman with his own death." She says they emerged from her subconscious, becoming obsessive and consuming. The images, combined with the music, evoke a sense of infinity and the divine, alongside the feeling of being drawn into an inescapable void. They depict humanity at the edge of existence, twisted by the darkness of the subconscious and the inevitability of oblivion. Though wordless, the video tells a clear story: the images silently witness our imprisonment within systems of power – bureaucracy, authority, religion, and rulers – that drive us toward pointless wars, death, and destruction. Individuals are helpless prisoners of these forces.
