Synopsis

Feluda, Topshe, and Jatayu travel to Srinagar and Kashmir and become entangled in a chilling mystery. They encounter retired judge Siddheshwar Mallick and his companions, fellow vacationers. The group journeys to Gulmarg, Khilanmarg, and Pahalgam together. The judge, haunted by his three-decade career sentencing convicts, seeks to determine if he wrongly condemned anyone by using a planchette to contact the deceased. Suffering from angina, he retired at 65 and has a son struggling with gambling. He discovers he may have misjudged two cases, one involving a man from Bihar and another from Kashmir. Throughout their trip, there are attempts on the life of the judge's son, Vijay, and Feluda himself. Ultimately, the judge is murdered in Pahalgam, and a valuable diamond ring is stolen from his right hand.
