Synopsis

Anne, a Parisian, visits her friend Yola in Tel Aviv. The city buzzes with life as Anne stays with Yola, her husband Avi, and their son, but an unspoken tension exists between Anne and Yola, despite their close friendship. Five years earlier, Anne and Yola met on a train to Jerusalem, forging a deep bond over five days of shared conversations. Yola invited Anne to her hotel, marking a turning point in their relationship. During Anne's visit, Yola's husband Avi unexpectedly joins them, unaware of the romantic connection that has developed between his wife and her guest. This leads to a passionate encounter that profoundly changes all three of their lives. Back in the present, the film explores Yola’s struggle to balance her marriage with her enduring connection to Anne. The story questions whether Yola's desire for this unconventional relationship can endure or if the women are pursuing an unrealistic dream destined to collapse.
