Synopsis

Master thief Lupin the Third undertakes an unusual mission when his longtime rival, Inspector Zenigata, is reassigned and disheartened. To help Zenigata regain his position as Lupin's pursuer, Lupin proposes an alliance. They team up to dismantle Shot Shell, a global criminal organization involved in weapon smuggling.
