This is yet another excellent film from Walter Hill, featuring performers I really like: Bronson, Coburn, and Martin. The story involves a Depression-era fighter who joins forces with someone struggling with gambling and another battling morphine addiction. Having seen it several times across more than four decades, I can say that it’s definitely worth checking out.
