The idea of Elmer Fudd starring in an action film simply doesn’t hold up. It seems like there was cash available for this production. A brief appearance by Kevin James, playing someone quickly eliminated while enjoying a large meal at a restaurant, proved to be a successful element.

The film runs for 90 minutes, and considering its length, that earns it a rating of 10. However, very little genuinely interesting happens during those 90 minutes. Ricci has some moments that are pretty good, and the other guy does too, but there's just not much to get excited about.
