Synopsis

In a remote Japanese mountainside, skiers uncover the frozen body of a samurai warrior named Yoshimita, who has been preserved for centuries. A secretive group moves his remains to a California laboratory and successfully resurrects him, unexpectedly placing the ancient warrior in 1980s Los Angeles. Yoshimita's strong sense of honor guides him as he struggles to understand this new world, leading him into dangerous situations and providing him with a clear moral code. Adapting to modern life, he becomes involved in conflicts that challenge his beliefs and test his skills against formidable opponents. Directed by J. Larry Carroll, this film blends action and fantasy to explore cultural differences and identity, offering a look at how a traditional samurai navigates a vastly different time period.
