It has something in common with the first _Friday the 13th_ because those are the only installments out of twelve that keep the killer’s identity hidden. Some viewers find this approach problematic, but for my taste, both films succeed completely. My final assessment is ★★★½ – I enjoyed it a great deal and suggest you watch it.
