This family drama follows the elderly Choi as he visits his successful trading company-owning son, Byeong-Shik. While their reunion is warm, Choi's eldest son, Byeong-Ku, struggles when he uses their family burial ground as collateral for business expansion and fails to get it back. Unable to resolve the situation, he turns to Byeong-Shik for help, straining their father-son relationship, which culminates in Choi demanding they cut ties.
