I don't usually go for sports movies, but I found myself pleasantly surprised by this one! It’s something I really shouldn’t have dismissed, especially considering the actors involved and Ivan Reitman in the director's chair. Costner, Garner, and Boseman all deliver performances filled with genuine emotion, which ultimately makes the film’s conclusion feel even more rewarding.
