This film is strikingly odd and feels like it lacks purpose. The central plot point involves a character’s decision to shrink in size, but beyond that, there's not much development. Once he undergoes the procedure, the narrative loses almost all of its appeal. I’m awarding it a 4 simply because the Vietnamese actress was genuinely funny throughout.
