Synopsis

This moving story centers on Rohani, a determined widow working to support her two children in a difficult rural environment. After her husband is wrongly imprisoned by Kudin and later killed in a car accident after his release, Rohani faces immense hardship while trying to secure her children's futures. Her sons, Jamal and Jamil, leave for education in Australia and Kuala Lumpur, respectively, eventually returning with new prospects. Jamal falls in love with Rozi, who is Kudin's daughter. During a visit to Jamal in Kuala Lumpur, Rohani experiences a painful confrontation with Kudin at Rozi’s home. Kudin makes harsh accusations against Rohani, creating distance between Jamal and his mother. As family ties weaken, Rohani’s health declines, adding to the emotional weight of this story about betrayal, love, and a mother's enduring connection with her son.
