Cold Eyes manages to be entertaining with its combination of action sequences, thriller elements, and crime drama aspects. The performances feel good together, and the characters are nicely developed even though some plot points stretch believability. It’s recommended viewing for audiences outside of Korea, assuming you're comfortable reading subtitles or happen to understand Korean.
