The film 'Calm with Horses' is certainly captivating and deals with very difficult themes. The central character experiences a great deal of internal conflict, and the brutality depicted doesn’t fully convey the distress he feels internally. It presents a remarkably well-realized depiction of someone damaged trying to rebuild their life after hitting an absolute low point.
