I really hoped to like Burnt, but several aspects left me feeling disappointed. The initial scenes felt very similar to a heist film, with Bradley Cooper putting together a group of top-tier chefs aiming for those coveted 3 Michelin Stars. Those first moments were genuinely thrilling and gave me high hopes, yet the character’s overbearing attitude and unpleasant personality ultimately diminished my enjoyment of the movie considerably. I honestly didn't feel invested in seeing Adam Jones succeed. While there is some progress made with his character later on, getting to that point proved to be a rather uncomfortable experience for viewers—more so than it needed to be.
