I consider this to be a genuinely terrible action film, and it's baffling that Sylvester Stallone is involved. The narrative is tedious, entirely foreseeable, and sticks rigidly to established patterns; the performances are mostly unremarkable, frequently lacking imagination, and the environment feels generic and constrained.
