Synopsis

This drama tells the story of Hoax, a high school student constantly bullied by his classmates. Seeking an escape from his torment, he finds an advertisement for 976-EVIL, a mysterious phone line offering personalized, terrifying horoscopes based on astrological signs. Drawn in, Hoax unknowingly unleashes dark forces when he calls the number. A demonic entity grants him supernatural powers, enabling him to seek revenge on those who have wronged him. Initially unsure of his abilities, Hoax struggles with whether to use them for good or evil. The film explores how feelings of powerlessness and victimization can blur the line between revenge and destruction. It examines the darker side of human nature, the temptation of retribution, and the dangers of dealing with forces beyond comprehension. As Hoax’s powers grow, he faces increasing danger and a chilling realization: revenge often comes at a devastating price.
