Synopsis

Sergeant Garcia’s attempt to enforce the acting governor's directives earns him the ire of Theresa, a tamale vendor, before his return. Governor Luis Rico has decreed the removal of all vendors from the plaza, dismissing their protests. Diego assures Theresa that he will endeavor to offer assistance.
