Synopsis

Captain Arrellanos severed his support of the Rebatos’ efforts to assassinate the governor. Instead, he pursued a different course, one intended to place him in power. He requested the governor’s daughter persuade others that her father was incapacitated by illness and unfit to continue his duties. Enraged by this proposition, Leonar refused to comply. She then revealed the aide's scheme to her father.
